I got my Gothsicles CD in the mail yesterday. As I've said before, The Gothsicles are the best gothic-industrial-nerdcore-comedy band in the multiverse! Nerdcore: The Core Wars got a thanks in the liner notes! DarkNES was also kind enough to let me mangle one of his tracks into an audio ad for nerdcore, which you can hear on this week's Digital Strips podcast. Tuesday is Talk Like A Pirate Day!. In honor of that, this September is SPACE PIRATE MONTH. I mean, apparently. You may want to reflect on the meaning of TLAPD by reading my old comic, Pirate Jesus. I think it still hold up pretty well, and those crazy kids on myspace still try to hotlink that picture of Pimp Jesus.
