More animated nonsense ending this week's comic. I feel that I should mention that Physical Mask (or Phys Mask) is an important spell in the Shadowrun RPG. I thought it would be cute if similar effects could be created in nerdcore by dissolving a Fizz Mask tablet in water and drinking it. Think of it as a dehydrated potion of disguise. Also for those of you less inclined to play RPGs, healing magic like the spell Lucas was casting works opposite-like on the undead. Likewise a spell that would heal the undead would instead drain life from the living.

Nerdcore is unique because I'll actually put more punchlines in the beginning of the comic than in the end. A lazier man would have done a comic about a wight-dwarf, and a comic about ziggurats causing cancer and leaving it at that. A less lazy man would have found an actual punchline that tied the ideas of reverse-healing undead rabbit/human hybrids while dressed up as a ghoulish dark paladin.

Speaking of comics, I'm exchanging links with the adorable G&S comic, despite the fact that I have no idea what G or S stands for. I hope that lack of knowledge doesn't come back and bite me some day.

I saw the midnight premiere of Revenge of the Sith Wednesday night. I think the evil throat waddle of doom might be losing its grip, because I actually liked it. It had some of the same chemistry problems as Attack of the Clones, but it had less of those scenes. I think seeing the great Genndy Tartakovski-directed Clone Wars series helped the movie. (By explaining why Gen. Greivous looks like he has roberculosis, among other things.) Plus it has everyone's favorite Epic Level Goblin Ninja.

Voting on TWC and WCL will not go unrewarded!
