I finally get to name a character Doktor Von Murderheim! And yes, this comic is my attempt to explain the biological adaptations necessary to use magic in the nerdcore universe. This is an example of a comic where the jokes had to fit into the story, as opposed the the story being shaped by the puns and punchlines, as occurs in most nerdcore strips. But historically the Higgins and POTV strips have been more about wacky dialogue and less about puns anyway.
I had a furious writing-session yesterday, so I'm fairly far ahead in nerdcore scripts now. I'm pretty damn excited about where the story is going to go.
I'm also going to point out that I went back last night and made a few changes to old strips. Mostly spelling corrections and fixing small details. I'm not completely done though, There are still a few episodes where Abraxas's eyes are the wrong color!
