We return to the adventures of Higgins and The President of Television. This is based on a true story, where FOX put Family Guy back on after seeing that it beat Leno and Letterman in the ratings among 18-24 year olds. And that was re-runs on a cable channel. So FOX puts Family Guy back on, like I said, but it smudges out cartoon butt-cracks, and bleeps out the word "dump," completely ruining some of the best jokes. This just goes to show us that FOX DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IT'S DOING! And doesn't really deserve great shows like The Simpsons.
